2. Product Authenticity, Certification & Quality Assurance

  • All products undergo strict quality checks prior to dispatch
  • Gold jewellery, where applicable, adheres to BIS hallmark standards
  • Diamond and gemstone jewellery may be accompanied by relevant certification (such as IGI, GIA, or equivalent, wherever applicable)
  • Minor variations in design, weight, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain pieces

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly due to fluctuations in gold and precious material rates
  • In case of any pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be fully prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization
  • Certain orders may be subject to additional verification for security purposes
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, including suspected fraudulent transactions

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka
  • Shipping is complimentary on all orders
  • Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner, Sequel Logistics Private Limited, specializing in secure handling of high-value shipments
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors

6. Insurance & Transit Responsibility

All shipments are fully insured during transit until they are delivered to the customer.

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation
  • We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for any claims related to damage or tampering
  • In case of transit-related issues, claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

7. Risk & Secure Packaging

All orders are shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging to ensure the safety and integrity of the product during transit.

Any signs of tampering should be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within the defined reporting window.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, product concepts, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of PM Shah And Company Jewellers Pvt Ltd, Vow and Mystiq. Respectively.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Losses due to incorrect or incomplete customer information
