Founded in 1961 as a partnership firm, P. M. Shah & Co began with a simple vision — to craft jewellery that reflects beauty, emotion, and trust. What started as a modest family enterprise soon grew into a respected name in the jewellery world, known for its integrity, craftsmanship, and personal touch.
In keeping with the evolving times and business needs, the firm was incorporated as P. M. Shah & Co. Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., marking a new chapter of growth while preserving the values that defined its legacy.

From the visionary foundation laid by Mr. Mangilal Jain and Mr. Premchand Jain, to the forward-looking leadership of Mr. Dinesh Jain, the company has continuously adapted to changing times while staying rooted in its core principles. Under the leadership of Dinesh Jain, a respected industry name and promoter, founding Director of NGJCI ( the jewellery’s apex body, supported by the ministry of commerce, Govt of India ) the brand has scaled new heights.
Today, the third generation, led by Mr. Varshit Jain, an engineer by qualification, continues this proud legacy — blending technology, modern design, and customer-centric innovation with the warmth and trust that have been our hallmark since 1961.
