Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the following states in India:

  • Maharashtra
  • Goa
  • Karnataka

We will be expanding to additional states in the near future.

For pincodes that appear non-serviceable on our website, we may still be able to arrange delivery upon a special request via email, subject to feasibility.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no additional delivery charges.

4. Payment & COD Policy

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations within serviceable states: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner:

All shipments are covered under full transit insurance.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

8. Delivery Issues

If you face any of the following issues:

  • Package not delivered
  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged package

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. International Shipping

International shipping will be introduced soon.

However, if you wish to place an international order, you may send us a special request via email, and we will try to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

11. Additional Notes

  • Orders once shipped cannot be redirected to a different address.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
