Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@pmshah.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery (if applicable)
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner.

In case reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us.

The product must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

The product should have a video (from start till end) while packaging is done with a proper seal.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original Billing name and Bill Amount only.

Payment via RTGS/NEFT only.

Shipping charges (if any in future) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
  • For high-value items, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
